chances are you deleted file to bring it down less than the 106%, but waht ever was accessing the files hasn't closed them so df is confused. you can kill/restart the processes that hold those file open or you could "reboot" gulp.. it's something i'm not sure how to get it fixed, but that's the situation that i've run into a few times.
