cvsweb gets confused if the commit message is too much like the
seperator used bug "cvs log" (I haven't checked if it's the case here,
but I would guess it is).  tobez@ has some partial patches to cvsweb 3
which works around this.  I'm poking him once in a while to get the
patch completed, and then I (or somebody else) need to upgrade our
cvsweb from 2 to 3.
