Any idea why I am getting this message?

How do I reinstall? I have the diskettes.
Tried mounting the cdrom and entering /usr/sbin/pkg_manage but it just
gives me a bunch of packages.
{Bear with me I didn't do the initial install} Is there a place to edit and
reinstall the sendmail stuff
exactly intact?
Thanks
