Or better yet why not just go to Netscape's ftp site and get 4.08
netscape for FreeBSD.

4.07 is the latest and cabe obtained from:
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/4.07/development/english/unix/freebsd/professional_edition/
