In article <TCPSMTP.16.9.17.-16.6.0.2309137362.1693385@sion.com> you wrote: : Hello, I need some information. Can I run the Proxy Server of Netscape : (the version for Intel plataform, the BSDI version) in FreeBSD? : Thanks in advance. Yes I belive you can. It may also pay to look at the Squid proxy cache, which is a descendent of the Harvest cache project. Comparing a squid cache against the Netscape cache i think you'll find that squid kills it dead :) Squid is located in /usr/ports/www/squid in the freebsd ports collection.
