Take a look at the build error. It says your libbonobo version is too old. You should really use sysutils/portupgrade to upgrade GNOME. It will handle dependency versions such as this. Try installing it, then run portupgrade -ra to bring all your ports (including any GNOME components up-to-date), then restart your Nautilus build.
