https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D272718 Bug ID: 272718 Summary: Blue Yeti microphone does not work Product: Base System Version: CURRENT Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: usb Assignee: usb@FreeBSD.org Reporter: mmatalka@gmail.com I have purchased a Blue Yeti USB microphone. It is a fancy USB microphone = that podcasters use. It also has a headphone jack so it does record and play. When I plug it in, it is detected fine, and the device shows up on as a uau= dio device and in /dev/sndstat as a pcm. But it does not record anything.=20 Additionally when I try to play a YouTube video with it as my output, the v= ideo just stalls. I am guessing this relates to the sound device not consuming = the output? I have tried with virtual_oss (which is my current setup) as well as turnin= g it off and just modifying the default_unit, with no luck. I have verified the microphone works on my phone as well as a Linux laptop. Any ideas where to look? What I can do to help debug? --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
