At what point in time? :-)
I always make a backup of a partition to another disk like this:
For exampe, if it is the root partition ... (/)

dump -L0af - / | (cd /where/the/other/partition/is/mounted; restore -rf -)

PS: Next time don't ask your questions like quizes. Explain the
