 I just tried compiling the latest port and it seemed to work OK for me.
 I'm not sure why, but my init.c line reads as follows:
 
 #include "c-client/imap4r1.h"  /* for LEVELSTATUS() */
 
 I'm presuming that somewhere the Makefile passes -I to gcc to point this
 to wherever c-client's header files are stored.
