I inherited 2 PC's running freebsd that act as our webservers. I am not real familiar with unix and its relatives so here are my questions: 1) How can you tell if SCSI support is already added into the kernel 2) Is it possible to connect a IDE Tape unit to an existing machine and use it with our reconfiguring the kernel. 3) If I have a complete backup of a system, can restore the system from a boot floppy, or would I have to reinstall freebsd first? (in case of a total failure.) Thanks for any and all help!!!! -mark To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
