hi, my name is asep

need anyone help :

i have quota my user by edquota 1 user and repquota -p to the rest.

but there are some user which can still put data in his/her directory that i
have quota.

- how can i prevent this (i'm running out of disk space !!!)
- which files should i delete safely

need answer ASAP.
