Another option is Philips SAA713x based cards, with the driver from purpe.com. The tuning works completely with i2c and so all the usual tuner types are supported. These cards seem to be very common (AverMedia etc) and may be more prevalent than bt8x8 these days. I'm using one now (with kbtv). Dan
