Dear All

I got a strange problem after upgrading from 10.3 to 11.

I upgraded the system by:
# freebsd-update upgrade -r 11.0-RELEASE
# freebsd-update install

after reboot I have ran again:
# freebsd-update install

Then after rebooting, I got different result from uname and freebsd-version:

$ uname -r
11.0-RELEASE-p8

$ freebsd-version
10.3-RELEASE-p17

If I run # freebsd-update install again, the system doesn't work properly.
it reports that "failed to initialize em0" during booting, the em0 is
network card.
and also reports some libraries missed, like lib80211.so.1 and libpam.

with kind regards
