Somebody got mail, and sendmail is trying to tell the fact to the
comsat (biff) server.

Either:
  + Add this to your sendmail .mc config file:
          define(`LOCAL_MAILER_FLAGS', LOCAL_MAILER_FLAGS`'P)dnl
  + Delete the biff-line in /etc/services
  + Start comsat in /etc/inetd.conf - BAD idea IMHO.
to make the messages stop.
