Of course you won't be able to get a full BGP table, but you might be able to balance your outgoing traffic someway (maybe you'll need some extra RAM as well). And later you can go on with a larger box as needed. I do not recommend to do multihop BGPs with mixed Ciscos and FreeBSD for just 3 T1s, this is not a good idea as it would introduce much more failure possibilites then a single router solution. (If you tell me the hw config of your 2610 then I could be more specific. A 2610 can handle 3 T1s if you do not do anything fancy, like complex filters or VPNs.)
