I am running Freebsd 1.0 as a inn server. I have a 1gb Western Digital Caviar
drive for storage. On a daily basis, when I run expire, I get a panic
indicating that the system has attempted to free an inode that is already free.

When this happens, there is generally enough file system damage that the
server doesnt come back up by itself and I have to driver several miles to
reset it.

Suggestions?
