I just try to build some application (speak_freely) and
got following diagnostic from ld:

	setkey(3) not present in the system!

BUT! I directly specify -lcipher (which have setkey()) into
linker line, i.e.:

	cc ..objs.. -lcipher

It means that setkey() picked not from shared libcipher
but from shared libc instead independently of linking
order.

Using "/usr/lib/libcipher.a" instead of "-lcihper" not helps too.

Of course, when I add -static, all becomes OK, but we
need working ld for shared libraries in any case.
