I'm fairly sure that it was right, I have tried a couple of different ways..

Server -->stty crtscts settings--> modem ....... modem (default setting &K3 (local flow control to RTS/CTS)-->Wy60 

I have tried setting the wyse60 to x-on/x-off, rts/cts, and both;, each time I get a similar printout

Assumptions:
1. printer to terminal, using straight through db25M-M cable and select "both" for handskae protocol.
2. modem on the server is set to rts/cts.
