Spotted this on freshmeat yesterday: http://freshmeat.net/projects/improvedmod_frontpage/ I just got finished building Apache 1.3.17 with it and some other goodies: [Wed Feb 21 14:24:49 2001] [notice] Apache/1.3.17 (Unix) PHP/4.0.4pl1 PHP/3.0.18 FrontPage/4.0.4.3 mod_ssl/2.8.0 OpenSSL/0.9.6 configured -- resuming normal operations [Wed Feb 21 14:24:49 2001] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/local/apache/bin/suexec) Weeee! Formerly this took some doing (thanks to Scot Hetzel for getting it done previously). Piece of cake this time around by following the simple instructions that come with the distro. Even for a non-developer like myself. Anyone have experience with Improved mod_fp? It looks promising but I'm a little hesitant to throw it onto my production server. If it works out okay, maybe the Apache port maintainers could take a look at it as a replacement for the current mod_frontpage? jon To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
