It's an EISA architecture with NCR53c610 scsi chip one EISA slot 8(I suspect) with attached MatCD and a coupple of hot-swappable HDs. I found FreeBSD couldn't detect the EISA scsi controller. Does it mean FreeBSD doesn't support this type of machine. Regards, Thanks for your time. Billy PS. I am novice to FreeBSD. But I am very familiar with Linux. It doesn't support EISA scsi.
