Install 4.7 release from cd
mv /usr/ports /usr/src/ports
ln -s /usr/src/ports /usr/ports
checkout RELENG_4 ports and src
make world
rebuild kernel
reboot
cd /usr/src/ports/devel/autoconf213
make install
