Some folks don't use 4th support such as picoBSD and the boot floppies. *.4th and boot/defaults are all fair game. Anways, I actually wouldn't mind if we installed loader.rc so long as it was only done if !NOFORTH and all the other 4th and .con files were treated that way as well. The idea is that loader.rc is the very basic stuff that people can override. Maybe create a freebsd.rc that the default loader.rc just includes and loads and change the freebsd.rc on the fly.
