Yes, there is... but, be careful when you upgrade. If you have a generic
Adaptec card, you can use the BIOSes from the Adaptec Web site. If it's an
OEM adapter, however, you should stick to the OEM's upgrades, as the BIOSes
can be different from the generic ones -- Compaq's gear is a good example.
