Learn the facts before you spout such rubbish. And ask yourself how your beloved FreeBSD can use gcc and gdb as its installed compiler and debugger if the GPL is so evil and FreeBSD is so good. I don't have the inclination to check, but I'd be very surprised if there weren't other parts of FreeBSD under the GPL as well.
