I'd really like to get this thing working with my FreeBSD 2.2.6-RELEASE box. Has anyone done this? Can someone point me to a FAQ or tutorial that deals with tape changers/libraries/autoloaders and FreeBSD? I've read st(4) and ch(4). It really wasn't much help. I have an adaptec 2940UW and it detects the DLT 4000 and the changer, but I just don't know what to do to get the thing to load a tape into the drive. Any help, even a "you can't do that you idiot" would be appreciated.
