 Dropping maintainership should also bump PORTREVISION for those
reasons :

 1/ Package metadata changed so the checksum changed, even if we are
really bad at reproducible build we should do the best we can for it.
 2/ Users will not be warned that the port isn't maintained anymore as
the version didn't changed so the package will not be updated on their
machine.
