 * it turns out that RUN_DEPENDS *does* work. When I tested pkg_add I
 * didn't have both tarballs in the same directory. When they're both
 * in the same directory then a pkg_add of xemacs21 also automagically

So that thing lets you install stuff off the net or something?  Nifty.

But I think we still want at least a mule package.
