Date: Fri, 29 Jun 2001 20:13:50 -0700 Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit In-Reply-To: Sender: owner-freebsd-stable@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk List-ID: List-Archive: (Web Archive) List-Help: (List Instructions) List-Subscribe: List-Unsubscribe: X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG I have already asked the freebsd-questions this without an answer. Now, I would like to pose it to you guys. I have been running a dual-home freebsd firewall for a while now. However, I would like to add a DMZ (i.e. add a third network card to the machine). Will IPFW support a triple homed firewall? I ask this b/c I ran rc.firewall as "open" just to see if traffic would pass b/t the three interfaces and it did not. It was working fine with two cards previously. I'm using an xl0, fxp0, and fxp1. I would appreciate VERY much any info/websites on a DMZ with IPFW. BTW, this was on 4.3-STABLE which was cvs'uped a week ago. Robert To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
