Can you try with base system OpenSSL? (e.g. move OpenSSL libraries temporarily away)? If that does not work, can you move away base system openssl (try not to = break your OS if accessed remotely!)? I am afraid this looks like the conflict between system OpenSSL and=20 OpenSSL integrated with OOO.
