Ignore volumes labelled 'EFISYS'.

The HAL policy rules already have an entry to ignore EFI volumes but they d=
on't
match the name FreeBSD uses.
The attached patch adds the name FreeBSD uses so XFCE etc don't show the EFI
volume.
