>Environment:
Not possible due to kernel-panic.
>Description:
If AGP Aperture Size is set to a value above 256MB, the kernel panics in both normal, non-acpi and safemode - using the 5.2-RELEASE CD1. Unfortunaly I only have one motherboard (KT600 chipset based) with support for larger Aperture sizes. I've tested with bootonly-5.2-CURRENT-20040122-JPSNAP.iso and it works flawless with a AGP Aperture Size at 1024MB.
>How-To-Repeat:
Set AGP Aperture Size above 256 and boot up 5.2-RELEASE CD1.
>Fix:
Set AGP Aperture Size to 256 or lower value or use newer bootcd (bootonly-5.2-CURRENT-20040122-JPSNAP.iso works fine).
