There are 2 FreeBSD boxes and one Linux box. I have sent my rate to high using wicontrol -t 5 When I do a wicontrol -i wi0 I see actual rate as 2. If I change my mode to Ad-hoc using -p 3, then the rate drops to 1 for a while, and then increases to 11. For some reason, my FreeBSD box will not talk to my linux box unless it is running in -p 1. But then it always says 2 as the actual rate. Can someone explain this to me or help me fix it please?
