I've been having a persistance problem with my DPT card here is a snippit of the dmesg output.. Jan 30 02:08:42 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870a744 - timed out Jan 30 02:08:42 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870a45c - timed out Feb 6 02:09:08 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870a45c - timed out Feb 6 02:09:09 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870ac98 - timed out Feb 11 02:09:07 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870a45c - timed out Feb 11 02:09:07 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870ac98 - timed out Feb 16 02:09:53 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870ac98 - timed out Feb 16 02:09:53 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870a45c - timed out Feb 21 02:09:11 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870ac98 - timed out Feb 21 02:09:35 dsksrv /kernel: (da0:dpt0:0:0:0): CCB 0xf870a45c - timed out What ends up happening, is at this point the machine stopps accepting TCP/UDP packets, however ICMP pings still work. The only resolution is to reboot the machine and HOPE it comes up, fsck takes anyware form 1 minute to 30 minutes, even though that particular RAID 5 array has 0 bytes on it.. (It's 4 36GB HD's in a RAID 5 array). Since I unmounted this FS I havn't had any problems with 0 change in load, any Ideas ?
