Yep, if you do a "man natd" it gives a step-by-step setup/running instructions, but you should search the freebsd mail archives for tips/links. The man pages can be a little confusing sometimes. :) Basically you're going to setup the cable modem(Probably DHCP), make and install a new kernel, setup NATD, then setup the clients....
