composer update

I'm posting an update to php 1 and also adding a DEPRECATED line:

https://blog.packagist.com/deprecating-composer-1-support/

I'm not adding an expiration time, because I could not find an hard date for
that.

Also, the deprecation warning text could maybe be better, I'm open to
suggestions.
