I see references to it for FreeBSD 4.XX, but I am running 6.2, and have the same problem. Is there any easy solution? For a hoot, I installed SuSe 10.2 on my machine and it recognized the full 4Gb; FreeBSD does not. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
