It turns out this was not needed, there's an issue with threaded compilation which manifests in: --- bin/EukHighConfidenceFilter --- sh: cannot create bin/EukHighConfidenceFilter: No such file or directory --- bin/fasta2gsi --- sh: cannot create bin/fasta2gsi: No such file or directory --- bin/sstofa --- sh: cannot create bin/sstofa: No such file or directory Remove USES=3Dcompiler:c11 and add MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE=3Dyes to fix it. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
