Hi, i have upgraded from 5.2.1 to 5.3-RC1. Bind8 runs fine in jail environment. I have migrated as described in /usr/src/UPDATING. Bind9 runs fine, too. But i when jail starts with "named_enable="YES"" in /etc/rc.conf, i see: [...] Starting syslogd. mount_devfs: Operation not permitted devfs rule: ioctl DEVFSIO_RAPPLY: Inappropriate ioctl for device devfs rule: ioctl DEVFSIO_RAPPLY: Inappropriate ioctl for device devfs rule: ioctl DEVFSIO_RAPPLY: Inappropriate ioctl for device Starting named. Clearing /tmp. [...] at startup. With "named_enable="NO"" there are no devfs rule: ioctl... messages. Bind 9 runs, logfiles looks good and i have no devfs rules, but maybe errors on jail startup pointing to another problem. Anyone knows what happens here? bye, Andy
