Maintainer is on holiday.  I obtained permission for a commit prior 
to the start of the holiday (on 3 Sept):

  Consider this my approval to have somebody commit your update to
  hypermail.  I'm about to head on vacation, and while I have net

The original announcement of stunnel 4.0 contained this:

"Homepage: http://stunnel.mirt.net/"

That was the reason for changing the stunnel homepage.  The website 
wasn't running when I created the patch. It is now.  So I see no 
reason to remove it from the MASTER sites.
