In addition to what others have said (sound not supported (ESS won't release details on the Maestro 3), no cardbus so the bundled ethernet card isn't supported), I have a problem with the APM BIOS locking the machine *HARD* if you try to suspend while in X. Suspending when at the text console works fine.
