I just got 2h16m15.92s real on an E250 w/2x400 MHz, 512MB core, with /usr/obj on a 4-disk UW-SCSI CCD. RELENG_5_0 branch, GENERIC kernel (minus WITNESS), and no /etc/make.conf.
