Start skkserv from /usr/local/etc/rc.d/skkserv start. skkserv fails due to dictionary format error of skk-jisyo. >Fix: SKK-JISYO.L.200906.bz2 contains lines starting with ">" which is not allowed with skkserv. So, lines starting with ">" need to be removed as well in the building process.
