The same problem exists for me since October 5th ... I had sent a message on this topic some 10 days ago. There are lot's of "biodone: buffer already done" messages on the console, and the system hangs after some time (and is unable to unmount the file systems, if I try to reboot in time). (I had reported, that a "tail" of some file on a NFS mounted file system hung in a kernel wait, while a "cat" of the same file did work just fine on another virtual console ...) I'm running -current on my development system, and have not tried -stable.
