make under ports/print/lyx dies with:

g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../../src -I./../ -I../.. -I../../boost
-I/usr/local/include -isystem /usr/X11R6/include -O -pipe -c formulabase.C

I think that lyx isn't available from
ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-4-stable/Latest/
probably didn't build -- probably same problem.

(Is there a webpage/ftp site recording success/failures of bulk builds
including make output?)

I have installed:

XFree86-libraries-4.2.1_5 XFree86-4 include/(shared) library kit
autoconf-2.53_1 Automatically configure source code on many Un*x platforms
automake-1.5,1 GNU Standards-compliant Makefile generator
freetype2-2.1.2_1 A free and portable TrueType font rendering engine
gettext-0.11.5_1 GNU gettext package
m4-1.4_1 GNU m4
teTeX-1.0.7_1 Thomas Esser's distribution of TeX & friends
xforms-1.0_3,1 A graphical user interface toolkit for X Window System

(Is there a make target for recursively outputing list of build
dependencies?)

Should I send-pr this lyx issue?

Or maybe lyx should be upgraded:
