  Hmm, "READ CAPACITY(16)" can be used and device is alive.
With UQ_MSC_NO_INQUIRY, after run camcontrol, dd can read normally.
Without UQ_MSC_NO_INQUIRY, camcontrol can return something,
but dd can not be usable.
