START STOP UNIT, with LoEj = 1 and Start = 0 (and unit set to your
driver unit number, apparently).

scsi -f /dev/rsd${unit}.ctl -c "1b 0 0 0 0:b6 v:b1 v:b1 0" $LoEj $Start
