"port diff" and "port submit" (and possibly others) offer an "SVN" diff
mode. This mode, however, requires that the ports tree is in
/usr/ports/.svn.

I ask that porttools be changed such that:

A. it heeds PORTSDIR, and checks ${PORTSDIR}/.svn instead

B. if I am in a tree that was checked out elsewhere (my computer has
   /usr/ports.svn/.svn ...), SVN diff mode is permitted.
