Not really.  If you really want to unsubscribe from the
freebsd-questions mailing list, only _you_ can do this for your
own email address.

There is a nice web interface online, at:

  http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions

which you can use to subscribe, unsubscribe, edit your
subscription options, etc.
