Hello:

If a numeric username is specified to `pw deluser' via `-n', and the
username doesn't exist, it will remove a user with the UID that matches
the number of the username that was specified.

This behavior is unexpected, and doesn't seem logical. If I expicitly
specify a username to be deleted, it should not delete a user with that
UID instead.
