Hi all, After upgrading Xorg to version 7.3 I can no longer switch video modes with ctrl-alt-kp[+-] and X chooses 1024x768 as a default resolution to start, however it should be 1280x1024 (pls see attached xorg.conf). As a temporal workaround I'm using xrandr to set correct resolution after X server starts up. Output of xrandr and relevant parts of xorg.conf are following. Any points regarding this problem are very appreciated. # xrandr Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1024 x 768, maximum 1600 x 1200 VGA-0 connected 1024x768+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 312mm x 234mm 1024x768 85.0*+ 84.9 75.1 70.1 60.0 1600x1200 75.0 1280x1024 84.8 75.0 832x624 74.6 800x600 84.9 72.2 75.0 60.3 640x480 84.6 75.0 72.8 66.7 60.0 59.4 720x400 70.1 DVI-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) S-video disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis # cat xorg.conf ...
